It was about this time 20 years ago, that the Lehman Baseball team played in the State Baseball Final against Parkway. The Cavs were led by some outstanding players: Kevin Behr, Ryan Solmann, Brian Stewart, Tom Spoltman, Rob Wertz, Chris Jessup. The Cavs fell to Parkway 3-0 in the State Finals.
Seven years later, the Cavs were back in the State Finals. Led by the likes of Luke Wagner, Dustin Lampe, Geoff Garmhausen, Matt Graver, Matt Hare, Chad Waters, Adam Lessing, Mike and Wayne Leiss, Brad Graver. The Cavs got to to Title Game by defeating Lima Perry in the semis thanks to two brillant catches by Matt Graver in right center field. The Cavs would lose the State Title game 9-2 against a team from Cleveland.
